Chak De India strikes gold at box office.

Three weeks after Chak De India's release, it has become clear that its scored a goal at the box office and become a phenomenon. The film took a slow start but word of mouth and critical acclaim soon made sure that more and more people were watching them movie. Soon Chak De India became a phenomenon and the girls in the film household names. The film was made tax free and the script of the film went to the Oscar library. Chak De India was the only hit film for Yash Raj productions in the year 2007.
